The females are bigger, and obviously in charge.
Just get two and raise them together, and they'll pick who will be what.
Breeding them is fairly easy IF you apply the formula of temp manipulation, water changing, feeding, and photoperiod control.
Breeding them is the easy part, though. Raising the fry is extraordinarily difficult, and they are among the easiest of saltwater fish to raise.
About a half dozen books on this have been written so far, and you'll have to read them. You'll never get all the info you need from the internet, no way, no how. It's just too much, and no one is going to go to so much trouble to post it all.

Clownfish at Woodfield
I know that this is very late (Sorry everyone!), but the Rain Forest Café has some huge (5+) inch Clownfish in the Amazon Room. There were hundreds of eggs on Thursday night, so if anyone is nearby, just look for the huge Clownfish in the freestanding 200 gallon tank. If they haven't hatched by now, go!

Sorry. It was in the reply title. Woodfield mall. The tanks are overstocked. (I think anyways...)

Good luck with the breeding! I was thinking of breeding my common percula clowns once, but after reading about raising fry, I thought that it would be way to hard. I'm sure you'll do great!
