i found out this last night, if you turn the lights off, and have flash on, on yur camera. that is how i get the the best.
i have the cheapest digital camera on the market (kodak easy share) it came with our computer is all i need to say

I also think those are pretty good pics. Better then alot of pics I have taken. If you take your pics at night with all room lights out, you would have as many reflections on your glass. I also use a Kodak easyshare and have found If I shut the flash off or use the "fill flash" it works quite well. You just gotta play with it to find what works for you.

All in all, Good Job on your pics!! Nice fish too.

turn the tank lights on, and all the room lights off at night, so the whole room is black, dont use a flash, and try to get a pic of a fish while it is sitting very still, fish are really hard to get a good pic of. especially witha cheapo camera. thats what i use too. so dont feel bad. the super pics you see on the forum people are using cameras with different settings and macro functions and special lenses and such. you did great trust me. some of my older pics were much much much much much worse. at least you can see your fish, not just a blur of color.

Does your camera have macro? a button with lil flower on it. If it does, turn it on, it will greatly help with photography especially in this hobby. Just my 2cents on cameras.

i cant turn flash on/off self adjusting and no i dont think i have a flower on the digital.
