Still a LOT of work to be done. I'll be switching to sand soon, getting more rocks for the structure, maybe some fake driftwood for the right side, more lighting (I currently only have 1 bulb, and it's a 50/50), and more Aulonocara. Possibly some Tanganyikans if I can find some that will work. Let me know what you think.
I think it would look really nice..and your fish look happy!
just keep in mind that with sand all the waste will sit on top
and make your tank look messier
