Apistogramma Trifasciata spawned!!

hey guys! i finally got some luck. here's the scoop. the original pair of apistos i got weren't exactly getting along. so i bought another female. they spawned within days! what procedures should i go about performing?? this is the first time ive had fish spawn =)). bad news is...i haven't changed the water in 3 weeks. i think it's due for a cleaning. what should i do about that?

any advice on apisto eggs and fry care would be greatly appreciated! thanks guys you're the best

Change some water but dont gravel vac. Apistos will raise their fry on their own. Is you tank planted? You will have to possible provide food for the fry in the next 3-4 days.
