I wouldn't put neons in the 6g. They can fit but they are also schooling and like to have room to swim. I'd recommend something like a betta or a dwarf gourami, along with a couple of otos or some shrimp.
Your 29g is pretty much full.

Don't put anything but a betta in the 6G, with maybe a few snails, or some ghost shrimp.
in your 29G you could add a few more cories. and in your 10G anything you like, like a few gouramis, some killies, some tetras, whatever you like (and stays small) |

I disagree. A 10g isn't nearly big enough for "a few gourami." His 29g is pretty much fully stocked if you go by the inch per gallon guide. And a single dwarf gourami can live quite happily in a 6g tank.

I would think a 6gal is a tad small for a dwarf gourami - that's much swimming room and dwarf gourami's are not that small. I'm sure it would work, but personally I would suggest Scarlet Badis (dario dario) if you can find them. They grow to ~1inch, and are super duper cute. The males are lovely, red with irridescent on their fines, the females are paler. You could go with 1.2 in the 6gallon (in that size tank, don't go with more than one male, they will fight), and a few ghost shrimp.
You could put the dwarf gourami in the 10gal? It would be rather small to put anything else (maybe a few rasboras), but you could do a really nice planted tank. Gouramis are gorgeous anyway.

Add more cories to the 29g....they are shoaling and prefer groups. I'd get atleast 2 more...4 more if you want. You could also add a pair of Bolivian rams or Apistogrammas.
For the 10g you could add a group of small tetras or rasboras like glowlights, cardinals, black neons, flame tetras, or harlequin rasboras. A school of 6 would fit nicely. Then you could add a dwarf gourami or male betta. For the 6g I'd go with a male betta, some badis like Zoe suggested, some Tang shellies (brevis come to mind), or a few ADFs.

SAEs at 5 inches each (mine are closer to 6) = 10 inches Spotted cory (could be any number but we'll go with an average) 2 inches each = 4 inches My math tells me that's 30 inches. A 29g tank has about 25 actual water volume. Sounds like fully stocked to me. Many people keep dwarf gouramis in 5 gallon tanks and they live quite happily.

I don't like the inch per gallon rule myself. I know if I added up the sizes of my fish in the 55g and 29g that I'd be overstocked, yet I do 50% water changes and the nitrAtes rarely go over 15ppm. So it works.
I think adding 2-4 more cories will be just fine. Its up to you fishy to add rams or apistos. Personally I think it will be fine....keep a check on the water and do weekly water changes. Everything should be fine.

While I don't think could add a new species of fish into the 29gal but you should add more cories and could do so without overstocking - but there isn't really room for another shoal of fish or a pair of something (ie kribs or rams).
I really wouldn't advise putting a dwarf gourami in a 6 gallon... A dwarf gourami will still get to be over an inch long, almost 2 inches, and an inch high. I have 3 in my 55gal and they use much of the swimming area available. You could do it and get away with it but I really think it's too small for a dwarf gourami. The 10gal however could look great with a gourami
