Default serious problem

im aware this might not be the place to post this, but no one ever responds in the disease section. my 10 gallon tank was recently infected with ich, and ive been having problems with overstocking and wrong types of fish in the past. i had 10 fish, 1 of which is a dragonfish which i know was a big mistake. long story short, i have 3 fish left, my dragonfish and 2 gouramis. anyway, i used a dissolving tablet called rid ich i think, and the ich seemed to clear up on the fish and everything but this piece of driftwood i have in the tank. i would like to get a couple more fish to re stock the tank but im not sure if its safe yet or not. suggestions? (no, i cant upgrade my tank. i wish )

clean up the tank first. Vacuum the gravel, change 3/4 the water, and let it run for at least two weeks. After that it'll be safe to add a very few more fish.
