who ate my shrimp??!!

a few weeks ago i bought 3 really beautiful and plump bamboo shrimp. i already had one and also an amano shrimp, and a couple (i think i i still have 2! they're really good at hiding!) shrimp which my lfs couldn't really tell what kind they were, but they kinda look like pearl shrimp? see pic below. anyway, for the last week or so, i have been feeding my fish a bit less than usual. i was a little worried that i had been overfeeding them. then tragedy struck! one bamboo shrimp went missing. and then i found another very badly wounded...missing legs...poor guy!! he died today. so now i am down to 2 bamboos. a similar thing happened about a year ago. (that's how i still had one bamboo from an original no. of3!). can anyone help me figure out who's the big meanie in my 120litre tank??!! a list of the culprits:
1 x rather large pakistani/yoyo loach (approx. 4")
3 x striata/zebra loach (about 1.5')
2 x red eye tetras
7 x cardinal tetras
5 x mollies
4 x platties
2 x julii cories
3 x leopard danios
