Default Questions About Power Heads and Sponge Filters??

Okay I was wondering about a couple of questions. I know my last Thread started a bunch of crap but things have changed. I know i was wrong in that Thread. I had a bad week. Sorry FFS.com.

Okay onto my questions.

I have a 120 gallon tank. My sig has what i got in there. I currently have two Magnum 350's with one bio wheel pro add on. I have a Marineland Sponge Filter in the corner. I was wondering if that was too much or not enough? I was thinking about putting a Power Head in my tank for water movement. Can anyone sheed some light onto this. The sponge Filter is just for biological needs.

You will probably need some more filtration. That cat is going to start eating a ton and will have waste. Especially when he starts eating the other fish. There's no real reason not to put a power head it in.

I have a lot of sponges (hydro-sponge) with powerheads on them. They give you biological filtration and water movement. The do get yucky, you need to squeeze them out every time you change water. Live plants tend to root in them, but I don't think thats necessarily a bad thing.
