Default Help!!!!

I got home today and one of my beautiful male guppies has three holes in his tail! They are very small and they are in the center of his tail. His Gonopodium also looks like it is swollen or is white and puffy. I don't know what is wrong with him. I have never had this happen to a fish. He is my favorite guppy. Can somebody please help me?! He is alone in a hospital tank and I ran out of Melafix so I will be going to get more tomorrow. But is there anything else I should do? Thanks!

You have so many fish in that tank that my first guess would be water quality. Ammonia can eat fins as can very low pH. But the whiteness sounds like infection. Read up on "fin and tail rot".
