Exclamation Mystery fish

Well my mom so graciously decided to buy my eel some feeder fish from my Lfs. After I saw them they didnt look like any guppy fry I've ever seen. They are a greyish white with a blright blue stripe from head to tail and red finds. They remind me of neon tetras except for that they are more elongated and seen to be surface dwellers. They are no more than a centemeter long so I moved them into my community tank. If anyone has an idea as to what they are it would be appreciated. And sorry but I don't think I'll be able to get any photos soon

Its not a white cloud is it? They are commonly sold as feeders around here.

maybe a killie of some sort? It's not a Gambusia affins(spellin?) aka. mosquitofish is it? We often get those in with out feeders. If they were feeder guppies, they could just be different colored guppies. I know the male feeder gups at the lfs I work at come in many many different wierd colors.

I was thinking White Cloud, too, but "grayish-white" is not a color I'd ever call them. Vietnamese White Clouds ( T. micagemmae ) look like that, but they're far too rare and expensive to be feeders. ( if you DID miraculously get some of those as feeders, then turn around and sell them to somebody else, like say...me, for triple the original amount. )

If we can't get a picture, then we're gonna need some much more descriptive text.
