NEC Convention
Hello, I was wondering if anyone was heading to West Hartford, CT to the NEC Aquarium Convention this weekend.

I'll be there, as will some of my friends from the Boston Aquarium Society
 I had a blast there last year (and bought a ton of cool stuff).

Damn it, it's just a little too far for me to persuade the boyfriend to drive. I'm right on the border of CT...Hmmmm...maybe I can catch a bus.

There will be speakers Friday and Saturday, a banquet Saturday night, and a "giant auction" on Sunday.
Plus there will be vendors selling all kinds of aquatic supplies and livestock. Speaker list, currently pre-registered auction lots, conference schedule, etc can be found at : http://northeastcouncil.org/html/ The conference is held at the Farmington, Ct Marriot hotel : 15 Farm Springs Road Farmington, CT

I wish I could go this year, but I blew all my money at the Boston Reefer's auction...lol
I'd kind of like to go the huge auction...if I wasn't broke, that is.  Last year was a blast. Some great speakers.
