Default Pygmy Cories!!

Well, I've got them! Sort of. I went to the store and picked up a bag of what are supposed to be pygmy cories. Though I can't for the life of me ID them...

They're all extremely small, maybe a half inch. But no stripes. They're all spotted, but the colors don't look like habrosus cories. The one defining characteristic is their black dorsal fins. Here's some pics of them acclimating:

And one of them in the QT tank:

Sorry the pictures suck, taken with my macbook

Well, they look like Cories, but I can't tell what species. They aren't Pygmy Cories, Habrosus (as far as I can tell), or Hastatus. And they aren't Nanus or Bilineatus either (also sold as Dwarf Cories sometimes).

Interesting! See if you can get a pic of them in the tank once they settle in and can get a bit closer.

I'm guessing maybe an aspidoras species - we got some in our store last week, the looked like spotted dwarf cories with black dorsals:

I'm pretty sure the ones we got were Aspidoras pauciradiatus :

THAT'S THEM!!! I'm positive. Same little speckles, same dorsal fin. Well, I'm a little pissed that they were sold to me as pygmy cories.

And crap, at 1.5 inches, I can't keep 12. Anyone want some?
