Default Stocking soon

Hello,

I just cleaned out my 20 Gallon tank. I gave my filter away to my friend and all my fish and decorations. My friend is buying me some black gravel and a few plants today. I was just wondering which fish I could put in? I was thinking of putting in some of these huge catfish I saw today, they are like 7 inches and a convict or two but I also want an electric blue florida crayfish and I want to keep some fish with it. There are some small convicts at the petstore and two small crayfish there. What do I need to feed them and how many hiding places should I have? Could I use those half logs that are hollow that are sold for reptiles? It looks like this: http://www.petsmart.com/product/inde...ductId=2752745

Convicts will kill the crayfish and most other bottom dwellers.

A school of tetras, an african butterfly fish, hatchet fish, plecos, gouramis, mostly anything that doesnt stick around the bottom but if your cray (if you decide to get one) is like mine it will only eat dead fish and wont touch anything you're safe with all fish but that is very rare. You also cannot keep plants with them.

If this is a 20 gallon do NOT get the huge catfish. Bad idea.

yeah i asked about that. It is an Albino Channel Catfish that grows to a foot long and needs a pond. What could I keep in there that is active and moderately big? Like 6 Inches? (15cm)

Channels get to 3 or more feet. They get HUGE!

Anything meaty that is on the bottom of the tank is good for crayfish.

prawns as in live or the ones you get at walmart? Also could I feed them any live worms as a staple? Like mealworms, bloodworms, blackworms?
