Lightbulb i need help choosing fish for my 10 gal!!!

hello everyone,
i have a 10 gallon tank which has a full grown pearl gourami, a few neon tetras and 1 loner white cloud in it. i am planning on giving the pearl gourami to our local pet store, they are very nice people, and have promised me they will find him a new home.
i want to fill the tank with some new fishes.

does anyone have any ideas of what fish combos can go in?

i want to know if a dwarf gourami, 2 platies (female, yes i know they will most likey have babies!), a small sucker fish (are there any catfish or bottom feeders that STAY small?), and the neons still in there be ok? (oh and also with a few live plants)

thank-you!!!

i do know that the gourami will more than likely gobble up all baby platies because i had one in with i believe a balloon molly and we unfortunately watched him gobble up every last baby no matter what we did to try and save them until we could catch theml.

i think that the stocking would be absolutely perfect. This is what I would recommend:

Dwarf Gourami
2 Female Platies
3 Oto's (small sucker-mouth fishes that eat algae like its their jobs)
5-7 Neon Tetras.

For plants, get a nice mixture of floating plants, and some java fern, and there is a good chance that some of the fry may actually survive!

I'd go and take all the fish back and get an Electric Blue Crayfish and 5 - 7 hatchet fish and keep the tank without a heater.

There are some plecos that stay small, I think they can grow up to 15 cm.

Justintrask's combo of fish would look great.
But im not sure about the crayfsh, since they escape really easily.

You might be able to get away with an ancistrus sp., but just stick to the otos. I would do a bunch of cardinal tetras and some plants.
