Default Sick Fish, need help!

Tank size: 30G
Water Temp: 74
PH: 7.0
Ammonia: Safe [.01]

My fish are covered in a white/gray suede sort of look, the area between the eyes and just before the scales have gone from smooth to dimply... The male fish is rather jittery, and 20/24 or 24/24 hours both fish sleep... They've stopped eating. They seem to have a hard time breathing so they don't swim much.

I've been treating them with General Cure for 5 days now, no improvement, seems they have actually gotten worse if anything.

All started when I bought the female.. She looked perfectly fine and when I put her in the new tank, she broke out, then the male broke out in what ever this is... Velvet or something else.

Yeah, I did some more digging... they have Costia. As soon as I upped the temp to 82 degrees they started coming out and acting better, even eating. So the directions to the site said keep it that temp for a few days and it should go away
