Default Can ADF's mix with Newts?

I lost one of my newts recently, (literally-poor thing crawled out of the tank I left the lid off after cleaning), and I was going to get another to keep with the one I have left. I was wondering if there would be problems if I put one or two ADF's in the tank. Would the newt eat them?

Are you talking about fire belly newts? Because if your newts are a larger species they might attack something smaller in the tank, depending on their personality. Hm, I wouldnt be too worried about mixing an ADF with firebelly newts, but newts release toxic chemicals into the water through their glands, I dont know how deadly that can be to your ADF's, search online about it I guess.....
