I have had purchased from many aquatic sellers before like Marine depot, Petsolutions, Vividaquariums, liveaquaria, etc.. but tried RoseMarine... made quite a nice order... everything came in well but one was DOA. When emailed a photo of the dead coral [with tissues flaking off and smelled worst than a dead fish] he even thinks that it was fine. IMHO I think people should avoid sellers like this. All of the corals that arrived were extremely small and not representative of the images that were depicted on their sites. Maybe I was unlucky. Every single 10-11 sellers online, when after sending photos of the corals would give me a credit for it but not Rosemarine. I even get the impression he thought we were not doing it right. Tanks we have have over 300 corals and on several tanks spanning 3000 sq foot as a hobby for the past 8 years. It is truly ashame on the way customers are treated that way. Suggestions ?
