Default RIP Guppy

yesterday i came home to one of my great fish had died. he was laying on him plant so it looked like he was confy tho. me my friend my sister and her friend all had a funeral for him. i cleaned his tank aswell so his tank mate wouldnt get sick. RIP Guppy

How did you clean your tank anyway?

um..................cleaned the rocks, plant, filter, cleaned the tank part, the water, put some stuff i got from the pet store to remove any clorine, and thats ab;out all

you dont need to clean the rocks or plants, unless they are suddendly getting dirty from algae. i suggest you search the site for cycling a tank, and this would help you out ALOT

fishfreak is correct. Cleaning the tank could stress your remaining fish. If he was already ill it could make him worse. When somthing like that happens the best thing to do if you are worried is to use a general antibiotic and treat your tank. But I would only do that if your other fish looks listless.
