cold cathode light as opposed to leds for moonlight
Any one have any comments on using these lights for moonlight?

Cold cathodes have been used usually just re-wired to correct power source, i personally have used Streetglow neon lighting and LED"s i just like the effect's of the LED over the neon tube's. I just looked and i already erased the neon lighting one, i will be building another one soon out of the mini tubes to act as actnic lighting over my SW tank...
Cathodes give more of a white blue light more then a deep blue color, but don't know it til u try it! I have even seen some use blue rope lights found at your local Home Depot center re-wired and there you go... |
