Mixing medications?

I've noticed recently that some of my fish (mollies, platies and guppies alike) have been 'rubbing' against the plastic plants, and rock formation in the tank. I'm pretty positive it's ich/ick -- BUT. One female guppy in particular also has a very bad case of tail and fin rot. I'm honestly not sure if she'll make it... as earlier this morning (7:00am) she had all her fins. 5:00pm now, almost all of her caudal fin and right pectoral fin are gone. She's upside-down, wiggling and trying to steer herself with her left fin.

So my question is -- can I mix Api's 'Super Ick Cure' and 'Melafix' together? Or will this combination do more harm than good to my fish?

As for the guppy, she's in a small isolation tank WITHIN the 20gal community, and is only in contact with the Melafix medication, not Ick Cure.

I would do a little more than 1/2 dose of each medication. That way, you don't put too many chemicals in the tank at once but still enough in there to treat.
Warning, the Ick Cure will turn your water blue. Make sure to remove any activated carbon that is in your filter cartridge or else it will just get filtered out before it gets a chance to work.
