Default new kribs

I decided that im going to take my platys to the store tommorow and pick up a pair of kribs. I have two nice looking caves set up and a sort of fake "plant cave" going on. anyways... a lot of web pages suggested having dither fish to make the kribs less shy. I have two Otos in my tank, which the LFS guy said would probably be ok. I was wondering if i should get dither fish or not. My tank is only 10 gallons, but it really does have quite a few good hiding spaces. My only concern is the bio load. I found some sources on the internet that said 10 gallons is fine for kribs and others saying 20 is the minimum. So im not sure what to do.

I could get a pair of apistogramma caucotiodes(sp?) but they cost $20 for a pair so im not to excited about that.

any suggestions?

Default got em

I got a pair of kribs. I love em already. They seem to have so much more personality and individuality than the platys i used to have. I think they aren't quite adults yet, but i seem to have gotten a pair because they never leave each others side. The male seems to lead the female around the tank. He has already developed a favorite hobby of herding the tetras out of his way whenever they get near. He doesn't get nasty and they just seem to ignore it. I picked up 3 tetras also as i heard the kribs would be shy without other fish swimming about.

If i could describe my kribs in one word it would be Intense. Especially when i fed them. They hit the flakes and were back in some cover within a blink of an eye. Great fish

On another note i got 1.15 for each of my platys! is that a good price? I think i may have even bought 3 of them for $2 when i originally got them.
