Default How many rasboras

So.
How many Boraras brigittae more can I fit to 28,5 us gallons tank when

1. other fishes are:

4 sparkling gouramies
2 licorice gouramies
1 chocolate gouramy
7 kuhlie loaches
4 Atyopsis moluccensis
2 Caridina japonica
7 Boraras uropthalmoides
18 Boraras brigittae
-all fishes are fullgrown, shrimps not

2. and when water parameters are:

pH 6.5 dH
kH 2.5 dH
gH 3 dH
temperature 26C
NO2 0
NO3 max 5
-waterchange every week

3. and when plant amount is this:



I'm guessing - no more?

I would hold of on adding any more fish.
