Unhappy Tetras attacking Tetras - Help

I have a 30g Tetra tank, in it are 4 Serpae, 3 Lemon, 2 XRay, and 2 Rosy Barbs.... I also had 2 Bloodfins.... They killed one, today I came home from work and found the mouth bitten off the other Bloodfin.... does anyone know who the culprit could be? I have taken the Bloodfin out of the tank, and put it in with the Mollies, it doesn't have a mouth to kill anything... will it die, or can it's mouth grow back.... I will get some meds for it, and put it in it's own tank if that will help it.

I think tetras are nasty in general, mine just constantly go at each other all day it just fortunate they do no damage! I actually think they enjoy it lol
