Default BN Fry stuck in AquaClear filter pics

I took these gosh like a year ago not sure how many of you have seen them, but i came across them, figured worth reposting:

They all lived through that somehow, not sure how they did it as a sponge filter is over the intake on the AC filter, but the filter sat pretty low into the tank so my guess is they swam into the current and jumped! Surprised since they were just little fry...

marty, I have actually sat and watched Bristlenose Fry and juveniles swim Up current. Its a good way to collect fry also. Place a powerfilter on the back of a tank that is usually Not power filtered and wait a few hours SOMETIMES you'll be surprised great Pics

LMAO no doubt Fort. Was surprised these photo's are up, that's good! You ever have trouble catching like smaller fry to move? hate when they just wont swim into the net from off the glass.

The pictures are of an Aquaclear Power filter with tiny Bristlenose fry in the back. They either swam up the current into the media chamber or got sucked up the intake and made it through the impellar compartment and then into the media chamber. either way they are in there. 2nd picture shows a tiny Bristlenose Fry at the bottom of the impellar assembly.
If youa re not familiar with Aquaclear Filters look at the fingers on the filter and then Look down.. you'll see the impellar ( white thing with 4 blades) if you follow the picture down you'll see a tiny fish in the corner ... trust me its there lol

MARTY .. those itty bitty fish are hard to catch I must have 10 two and three inch nets all bent into diffrent angeles trying to get them scooped out ...LMAO
