Default Bala shark help!!

Today I noticed one of my bala sharks isolating. His mouth is gone and there is an open sore where his mouth was. All the fish in my tank are 3 inches or smaller. The balas will be moving into my friends bigger tank when they get bigger. What can I do to help him? Is this gonna affect my other fish?

I just bought a 10 gallon q tank. Should I use the water from the original tank? How can I make this same for my sick fish if its not cycled?

Thanks very much. I'm pretty sure it's mouth rot. I got him in a q tank. I'm doin daily water changes and added fw aquarium salt to ease the stress. Any body have any suggestions for what to do next? I found a lot of info online but a lot of it is contradictory. I'm pretty sure the problem is from over feeding. I'm gonna cut back on the feedin and do 2 water changes a week instead of 1. U can't do too many water changes right? Thanks

He's not doin too good. He's not eating anything. He doesn't really even have a mouth to eat. Would any type of meds work?
