Not for long. 13 white clouds is a ton. I think adding goldfish would overload the tank, plus goldfish really need a big tank.

Its pushing it.... And 10 liters is around 2.5 gallons. That's wayyy too small for that many endles. That would be 10 fish and would be uncomfortable for them and make fry survival rates very low. I sugest a 10 gallon(or even better, bigger), heavily planted for breeding endlers. Fry have a better chance of surviving and the parents would be way more comfortable.

I agree with the above posts
for an endler combination like that to work I would recommend atleast a 10 gallon aquarium. Preferably 15 for the endelrs to thrive and extra water changes. If you are going to let them breed freely then I would recommend an even larger aquarium if you are going to keep the fry around 30-40 gallons.
For the minnows and goldfish temporarily (1-2 months) I would recommend a minimum of a cycled 20 gallon aquarium with extra water changes - 25% x2 weekly should suffice.
I think you should just go along with a nicely stocked ten gallon Tank. Heavily planted, cycled, and have a white sand substrate with the following
- 1 Male Betta Splendens. AKA Siamese Fighting Fish
- 5 Malaysian Trumpet Snails. Or 5 regular Ramshorn Snails. Contact me if you can't find them, I would happily sell them to you
- 8 Boraras Brigittae. Or 8 Ember Tetras
- Anubias Nana
-Rotala Rotundifolia
- Ludwigia Repens
- Hornwort
-Anacharis
- Frogbit
-Anacharis

Please don't do that, a 20 liter cannot fully support a group that big. For a 5 gallon aquarium I would recommend only a trio. 5 females would easily create an ammonia spike, and your tank is most likely not cycled.
Do you know what cycling is and how it can take anywhere from 1-2 months, not a few days, I would also read up on the aquarium nitrogen cycle if I were you.
Another stocking would be
- 1 Male Betta Splendens
- 5 ramshorn or Malaysian trumpet snails
- 6 male Endlers

I agree with fishyfriend. 5 gallons is pretty dang small. Its great for shrimp, and a a couple small fish. But I would only recommended a single pair. Within months your tank will be fillllled with fish. Take this from experience. I have an Aunt i gave a pair of cobra guppies to. Her tank has about 20 fish in it after a couple months....Donating time. 10 gallons would be the minimum I suggest.

No. A minimum of a 15 gallon will be needed for 5 pairs. And more. Not a weency little 5 gallon. They are great for bettas, but not large groups of fish
