Default Does anyone else's ghost shrimp do this?

This is so random but today I had my hand in my tank because I love when my gold dojo loach nibbles at my fingers, it's just the cutest thing!! But today I wasn't expecting to see my little ghost shrimp's head pop out over the top of my palm! I always thought they were skiddish and jumped at every movement. I guess I was wrong! He just crawled right over the top of my palm and just sat there, chillin' on my hand. No matter how much I moved, he didn't seem to be bothered by it at all! He even crawled up my arm a bit, it was funny :]

Does anyone else's ghost shrimp ever do this? I kinda just bought him as a convenient tank cleaner, but he's become much more to me over the few weeks I've gotten to know him. I even gave him a name: "Casper the Friendly Ghost Shrimp"... I know, I know, it's super cheesy haha.

Haha I used to think shrimp were kinda freaky... especially ones that are hard to see when I stick my hand in the tank! But I've taken a liking to the little guys after all :]

at sea we have tiny shrimp which are just like ghost shrimp but live in brackish ponds on the rocks next to the sea and they do just the same

I won't lie, I bought mine for food for my Bichir, he ate a few, but leaves the other 4 alone. They do a hell of a job of keeping the tank clean!

I want some kind of shrimp for my tank, but it's sadly not possible with my set up. Amazingly though, I used to have a Red Devil, and it would swim up to me and nibble on my hand like you said with your Loach. Eventually he got to that size though, that his nibbles turned into bites. (:
