Yes. If it fits, its lunch. I once and a goldfish and catfish eat all the cichlid fry (which are bigger than guppy fry) that got under a divider.

i have them in my main tank as i dont have anywhere else for the fry in that tank i have 3 full grown guppys 3 platies 2 plecos 1 albino cat female guppy had +40 fry what are the odds 10 of them survive (hypothesis)

and i do have my plastic plants floating for fry cover at the water surface although iv noticed bout 10-15 of them hang out at the bottem

If you don't have another tank get a breeder net to hang into the tank and transfer the guppy fry into there. I think all of the fish in your tank would snack on a few guppy fry so I would get the breeding net ASAP
