Cool Guppy tank Question

Yes I know, Guppys.......

Anyway, when gup fry pops out of momma, do they do like allot of fish and head to the surface for air? this is the tank before i put it in there.

I was wondering as I just put some dumweed "duckweed" in the guppy tank.
It has qiute a bid in there and if they do I may need to pull some out.

TIA for the help.

Some do and some dont go for air. Either way more cover for the fry is good.
