Default Snowflake Eel

My lfs had what they called a snowflake eel in a freshwater tank with some oskars. I did a search and have only come up with saltwater snowflake eels. Does anyone know what this could have been? I liked him b/c it actually looks like a real eel instead of a snake like some other freshwater eels.

prolly gymnothorax tile, which is commonly known ar a snowflake or a fw moray... the only thing is they are actually brackish and without brackishwater are known to develop a skin slime issue... the lack of or existance of i cant remeber... and their ammune system drops and they die.

I have kept one for about a year... they like cover and spen most of the time stuffed under a rock... ummm i just got off work and im tired and that should be enough to let you atleast cruise the web and identify if thats the eel or not... most are brown with white/yellow spots.
