Quick Start?

Hey peeps.

Been a while since I posted last...., and the 550l tank is still sat in my garage.

I was offered a 280l tank that i snapped up last year and have been running it since
Until today........

Over the past couple of months i have been fighting/losing the battle against bluegreen algae. That stuff that has animal properties.
So i have shifted the fish into a temporary tank that i set up a while back.
Stripped and cleaned everything in the 280l today.

I would like to start the 280l again from scratch, but i dont want to use anything from the temporary tank to get the filter gunk going.

Which "quick start" treatment is the best of a bad bunch?
