is this to much
is this to much for a 40 gallon tank?
1 blue three spot gourami
5 bloodfin tetras
5 turquoise rainbowfish
if this isnt to much can i add 2 kribensis

aqadvisor.com should help.
But if you have a good filter I don't think you should have any issues by my guess for stocking, but I'm not particularly familiar with some of these fish for their natures and suitability to coexist with one another.

you could add a couple of kribs and then some...

Not overcrowded at all. You could double that amount and still be perfectly okay.

I don't think those filters will get the job done, I would recommend 2 Aqueon QuietFlow 20's, (or something similar) which should run you about 30 USD for the pair. And keep in mind once Kribs breed, your tetras might be bullied a little.

Though aqadvisor isn't perfect, you should check it out and select the species into your tank with your filters.
