Default pleco feeding

I'm concerned about my pleco getting enough to eat. I toss in algae waffers every night but with all the stuff in my tank combined with my cichlids messing around with it I have no idea if he ever even finds it. I put in cucumber over night about a week ago but I don't want to have to do that every night. I wasn't even sure if he ate that either. Any suggestions?

Hmm, well u should notice a dent in that cucumber, place it where he hides most, usually every couple or 3 days change it out, that's best way to do it. Or a treat of brine shrimp, soak a frozen cube of it in garlic extreme made by kent marine, and put it in tank, he will attack the shrimp.

I used shrimp pellets for my if you hold it with your fingers and then let it drop by where he usually is, it will mostly fall into place, leave 1-3 bigger sized ones. Trust me, Plecos LOVE it lol. The other fish will nibble at it and stuff but don't worry. My pleco got HUGE by eating those lol.
