Probably buying livebearers from a PetSmart and not realizing they were extremely pregnant. Within hours of introducing them my 20 gallon community was nicely fed and my filter cartridge was overrun by fry bodies killed by the intake.

Not quarentining a fish from a Box store. I had to watch fin rot tear through my loaches. it was a long couple days.
