I have an empty 50 gallon tank and I was wondering what to put in it. I don't like GoldFish or Bettas. I wanted maybe 2 Bolivian Rams, 2 Blue Rams, 4-5 White Clouds, that's what I want so far. Any other suggetions??

I think you might want sometime of bottom feeder to eat algae and waste. Like catfish or pleco or algae eater.

Ok but I don't think I'm going to get a Chinese Algae Eater. Because I have one right now in my 29 gallon Tank and it is agressive.

Keep any fish that you like that dosen't grow more than say......5 inches, and make sure that you can provide suitable water conditions for it. Also make sure that you have suitable cover and are feeding it correctly.
It dosen't matter what fish we like and can keep, it's what's best for you.

If you have a big enough tank with enough hiding places, pH of around 7, you can keep virtually any fish together as long as all the fish are around the same size and these two groups of fish are avioded: Serrasalmus Tetradon(figure eights and dwarfs are the exception). I keep a successful community of fish in a 4 foot tank including the following families: Cichlids, tetras, loaches, gouramis, barbs, rainbows, livebearers, killiefish, catfish, puffers. |
