Default Safe and toxic levels?

Do I have the levels that are considered safe and toxic right?

Safe:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0-35

Borderline:
Ammonia 0.5 or less
Nitrite 1 or less
Nitrate 40 ish

Toxic:
Ammonia above 0.5
Nitrite above 1
Nitrate 50 and above
