fish fertilizer?

i saw a bottle of stuff that said it added nutients and such to the water which made the fish happier and healthier, is this worth getting? i no water changes are the ideal thing but i am pretty sure my well-water still isnt cutting it is why i am asking...

Never heard of that b4... I believe (well for now) that only food and care make them happy and healthy

i dont remeber the name but it claimed it added trace nutrients and stuff that freshwater fish need...i am a little sceptical
