Default zebra danios and cardinals?

hey guys...

my friend who has some zebra danios wants to add some cardinals...will they be ok together in his tank? those danios seem kinda aggressive come feeding time...i think they would be ok together...but i just want to see if anyone else has that combo???

They will be fine. Danios are peaceful enough and cardinals are very peaceful.

As long as the light levels aren't too intense, the pH is low, and their are plently of plants and open swimming space, then yes.

If you have a big enough tank with enough hiding places, pH of around 7, you can keep virtually any fish together as long as all the fish are around the same size and these two groups of fish are avioded:
Serrasalmus
Tetradon
(figure eights and dwarfs are the
exception).

I keep a successful community of fish in a 4 foot tank including the following families:
Cichlids, tetras, loaches, gouramis, barbs, rainbows, livebearers, killiefish, catfish, puffers.
