2 of my guppies have been found dead on the filter, one was being eaten by a snail. My water tempurature is around 82 (I THINK tthis is too hot, but IDK) and the water is crystal clear. I left for a day to go to a friends and come back, dead fish. both were very active and ate. No signs of any disease in other fish (put in ICH medication just for caution), Thanks for the help.

82 is warm, but it's not "too hot". If you can bring it down to 78F, that would be better, but 82F is not going to kill your fish.
I expect that they died before they got stuck to the filter intake. Healthy fish don't usually get stuck to filter intakes, unless the fish are young or the filter is WAY too high powered for them. The filter intake just happens to be where they end up when they die and float around for a while. What are you water params.. ie ammonia, nitrites, nitrates? How often do you do water changes?

You shouldn't treat for caution with any kind of chemicals... especially for ich. I never treat ich with chemicals even if I do get it. I would say the treatment could easily be what killed them.

One dead fish is "just one of those things" they do get heart attacks and bump themselves on the lid, etc. 2 dead fish is a trend. If you tank is less than 3 months old (or you have added more fish within that time) poor water quality is more likely than disease. Just when your ammonia is going away, suddenly nitrites can spike overnight and kill fish, then the dead fish causes more ammonia. Ammonia and nitrite both affect the gills and the fish have trouble breathing. Warmer water has less dissolved oxygen and medication reduces it further. Therefore, unless you have at least a general idea what disease is present, change water rather than medicate. Don't even think about adding more fish until 2 months have passed with no more deaths.

To be sure its an attack, you need to find one alive with the tail missing. I think everything in your tank will nibble on something dead.
