Question Fishes Getting Injured

Can fishes get injured when you , let's say, net them out when before cleaning or movinf them to a bigger tank? I've seen a few times when they come from the pet stores... thier tale/spines are a little crooked, like if you look at them from top... can they be permanantly harmed, or even die from that?

I think they are just a little stressed from being moved. I think I know what you are talking about, like they bend thair tailto the side and swim a little odd. One of my white clouds was like that, but nows she's fine.
