Default tank question

I have a 55 gallon tank and the plastic that borders the bottom in one corner has cracked and broke while in storage. My question is do u guys think that this will cause structual problems with the tank or do u think it will still hold or should i try to epoxy the plastic back together or will it matter

I'd not worry too much about it. Check to make sure the glass where the corner came off is not broken. Then glob a bit of silicone on the glass where the corner will sit then epoxy the plastic together. You might want to push some silicone under the lip in case it was pulled up when the corner came loose.

I say you should definatly take that extra caution If something were to happen, you'd end up wishing you had just done it to begin with.
