Default enon's battle isnt over

my neon had what i assumed was swim bladder desiese and he got better now he has been sick for 3 or 4 days and seems worse..... what do i need to do?

well it's hard to give you an answer when we dont know what u mean by "sick."
sick with the swim bladder disease or something else? if it's something else, what is he doing that makes him seem worse?

swim bladder disease and he is lying on the bottom now instead of fighting to stay up

You could try some meds like maracyn but it sounds like it might be too late for it. But it sounds like he's not going to make it.

If it is swim bladder it is unfortunately hard to cure but you can still try. You may want to add some salt, 1 to 5 TBS per 10 gallons of water. You can also try salt baths. You could also try Paragon II by Aquatronics, it's pretty good stuff. You must do lot's and lot's of water changes to beat this.
Is your fish struggling to swim upright? Is there any spinning/twirling?
