Default Online Stores

I'm probably going to be purchasing a butterfly pleco (L168) sometime soon. I don't know if the LFSs in my area carry them or can order them. I was wondering which online stores y'all recommend, or if you could comment on a couple I know of.

What do you think of Pet Solutions? AquariumFish.net? AquaBid.com?

Thanks for your input!

I have ordered from Aquariumfish.net before and was very pleased. I had also wanted to get a L52 or the L168 but my LFS was unable to locate one for me (and I still don't have one). If you find a L168 let me know where you got him from. I stopped looking about 6 months ago and got zebra plecos instead, but I have room left for one of the butterfly plecos anytime. Aquariumfish.net does not carry them BTW, so this probably does not help you any. For me either one would do. I need one for a 15 gal so a moderately effective algae eater would do (and he could help the frogs eat what they are too dumb to find), but the L168 is supposed to be more efficient.
I used aquabid.com as well but you have to check out the seller prior to bidding and also make sure you know what the shipping cost will be. I paid $50 for two spotted zebra plecos, a great deal (my LFS charged me $80 for one) but then I ended up paying $55 for shipping. Was packaged really nice though and the fish were in great shape but I was a bit shocked about the shipping fee. Have found out since that this is pretty much normal so figure that in if you go that route. But the fish were still cheaper so I'm pretty pleased with this win.

Garfieldnfish,

One LFS in my area says they may be able to get one for me. I don't know though if it's an L-168 or L-052 (I forgot to ask). I'd prefer the L-168. I'll let you know what they say end up with.

A (very) long shot would be that, if they locate one for me, maybe they could tell you where to find one.
