Default Need advice about serious BBA outbreak

I've been fightting it for some time now. I posted the problem and received advice saying I need to increase my CO2. I did (little by little) and it only fueled the fire, more grew in a week than had in months. It started out when I was adding nothing at all, so I'm at a loss here. I would really appreciate some advice from someone who's dealt with this. Cheers.
