i wouldnt add all that stuff at once, most of them are very redundant, the ammonia detox is useless, if you have ammonia, you need to let your tank cycle, remove all fish and get some live rock and let it sit, im not really sure whats in purple up, but im pretty sure its calcium and other stuff to help coraline grow, which is going to happen naturally once your tank cycles and stabilizes, get some test kits and test your calcium and alk before adding anything, usually the salt mixes come out pretty well, and you can add a little bit to bring it up if you have too.

Don't add anything unless you've tested for it. There are so many cases of people doing so and crashing their entire system.
As for the calcium etc. add small amounts over a period of time. Water changes should usually replace most missing traces, but if you have enough inverts, it would be okay to add a small amount. The buffers arent needed also unless you don't have some sort of calcerous substrate, rock ,etc. already present in your tank. Big chance of shocking your tank this way. The only tanks I add that Kent buffer material to are my quarantine tanks, but thats generally because I rarely have anything but plastic plants in them. Generally people add way too much of something, or just go crazy and buy every possible additive they can get without testing it first. Ive heard of reef tanks with corals dying off, or entire macroalgae based tanks crashing overnight from too much iron. Personally, I only use iodide for my tanks- mainly because I only keep soft corals gorgonians, etc.

definatly never mix calcium and alkalinity additives at the same time, they dont like eachother and form a bad mixture, your supposed to wait 1/2 an hour between them, also throw the amonia detox in a corner and only use it if you have a problem resulting in a amonia spike or your setting up a new tank, also b-ionic and araga milk do the same thing so just use the araga milk its much better.
