okay in my 55 i have a picasso triggerfish 3/12 inches long...any ideas on what i can add that is capatable?

picasso tiggers are notoriously aggressive. In a 55 gallon I'd say he'd be better off by himself. But if you can take the heartbreak of one fish killing another, a possible tankmate would be a moray eel (probably snowflake would be best) and other very aggressive fish such as large wrasses, tangs, angels. Again... this is not what I would recommend for your situation though.
