Yes, it's a spearing type. It is called a Pseudosquilla ciliata and they can be many different colors including green, yellow, brown, black, and cream. It can be one solid color, have a stripe running down the back, or a mottled appearance. Color and pattern often matches color of habitat. Will change color in the aquarium across molts depending on lighting and habitat color.

I know many people look at these shrimp as a pest but man do they have the most interesting personalities!
