I have a breeding pair of veil tail angel, black.
I have hacthed 2 batches of eggs but both have died after about 4 days of freeswimming. I fed baby brine, kept the light on 24 hrs a day. I used m. blue. What am I doing wrong. I'm sad and frustrated. |

First, you don't leave the lights on 24-7, They need to rest too. Next, your pH and Temp will play a huge part in whether or not the fry make it through the first few days, if you can get RO water, or distilled water from the store I highly recomend it. Without the parents to care for them and keep the "dirt" away from them, the purer the water the better. You need to use an airline to syphone any amount of uneaten food.
