I have one baby swordtail so I put it in a breeding net. How long will I need to wait before putting it back in the tank? I have 3 swordtail's in my 240liter tank.
I know I can't leave it too long in the breeding net. will I just need to buy a new tank and heater?

A small container would do, with the size something like 10 x 10cm should be sufficient and of course the larger it is the better. After all, It's just only 1 fry and I've seen swordtail fry before and it's very small. Try to use crush pellet to feed it. Hope that helps.
