I got home last night and looked into my tank and saw too little specs on the back. After a half hour of searching my tank i found a total of 5 little fish they are so small i cant tell what they are. I have 2 zebra danios and 2 Otocinclus in a 10 gallon tank. Looking at the little fish they seem to be clinging to the glass and rocks like the Otocinclus but that was just an observation.

Based on the history of how fish breed in aquaria, I will say they are most likely danio fry. Mainly because otos are very rarely bred in home aquariums and it has only been documented a few times. Danios reproduce more commonly.
As for the Danio's lip, its hard to say without a more close up picture. Could possibly be Lymphocystis, but its hard to tell.
